I prefer the holistic approach to personal care and wellness. I believe wellness and beauty are intimately connected. We are better served by considering the person as a whole; structuring our self care with that in mind.

A cosmetologist since 1978, (instructor license 1983), I’ve worked both in the salon and as an educator. In 2002, I received massage therapy training. The following year my spa, Dance of the Sun Day Spa for Wellness was founded. The blending of these two careers has been both rewarding and challenging.

Areas of specialized training include Erik Dalton’s Myoskeletal Alignment Techniques, releasing the rotator cuff, myofascial release, anterior neck release, Hungarian face-lift massage, SI joint dysfunction and most recently oncology massage. I provide a medium to deep therapeutic massage. My favorite sessions are a blend of positional release techniques coupled with relaxation, to induce deep rest and ease pain. I also enjoy prenatal massage. A current passion is uniting skin care with massage to alleviate deep facial lines through muscular release and optimum skin care. Our Eminence Organic Skin Care rocks!​
