Massages are priced and scheduled by the length of an individual massage session. Within that time, your therapist will customize your experience with the right massage style and depth of pressure for you. Styles of massage include (but are not limited to) Reflexology, Swedish massage, Pregnancy, Sports massage, Gua Sha, and Energy work.

Stress is present in all of our lives. Our bodies do a great service by storing that daily stress so we can continue to function in our jobs, families and relationships. Pain is a sign that the body gives us when it is no longer able to release stress on it's own. In other words, it is the body's way of asking for help. By massaging the body, your therapist will assist the muscles, tissues and organs to release stress and relieve pain.
Physically, massage improves health and vitality.
- Blood vessels dilate, improving circulation. This brings more oxygen and nutrients to the tissues. This is especially helpful in overcoming fatigue from overexertion, exercise or injury by providing the necessarily ingredients to the repair and rebuilding process.
- Lymph fluid is pumped, assisting the elmination of toxins. These toxins are present from environmental sources, the results of poor nutrition or simply the cellular waste from normal body functioning. When toxins build up in the body, they irritate nerve fibers, resulting in headaches, joint pain and inflammation.
- The internal organs are stimulated to improve digestion, assimilation of nutrients and the elmination of waste.
- The nervous system gets a chance to repattern spastic muscle responses that create kinks, knots and numbness.
- The connective tissue is stretched and stimulated, allowing greater flexibility and range of motion.
In short, the body is remoinded how to relax. When we get massage, we stop and become aware of where we have stored stress and and make wellness a priority once more. Life looks lighter and easier. Our spa can comfortably accommodate a group size of 6-8 people. If you are interested in reserving the entire spa for your group, an exclusive booking may be made for an additional fee.
Choose from our indulgent packages or customize your party with the services of your choice. We can cater snacks according to your tastes for $10.00 per person. Organic choices are available. The spa will provide complimentary snacks and juice for groups booking at least $250 in total services.
